Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Who provides the service

CierrApp (cierrapp.com) is provided by Kevin Florentino, an individual, located in Calle El Coral 60, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic. When the company that will operate CierrApp exists, it will take over as provider and we will notify you by email. Contact: legal@cierrapp.com.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using CierrApp you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy (https://cierrapp.com/privacy). If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. CierrApp is offered to businesses and professionals for their commercial activity, not to consumers.

The service

CierrApp is a cloud sales CRM for sales teams: leads, appointments, deals, collections, commissions, reports, an artificial intelligence setter and integrations with other services. We may improve, change or remove features; if a change removes something important, we will give reasonable notice.

Accounts and access

Each organization adds the people on its team and assigns them a role. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for telling us if you suspect misuse. We may suspend access that puts the security of the service or of other organizations at risk.

Acceptable use

You may not use CierrApp to: send unsolicited messages or spam; contact people without the legal basis or consent required by law; make income claims or guaranteed-results promises, misleading advertising or practices that breach the policies of Meta, Google or other connected platforms; try to access data of other organizations; interfere with the service; or for any illegal activity.

Your organization's data

The data your organization uploads to CierrApp belongs to it. Your organization is the controller of that data and warrants that it has a legal basis to process it; CierrApp processes it as processor, only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request an export at any time.

Third-party integrations

When you connect services such as Meta, ManyChat, Calendly, GoHighLevel, RealOffice or Google, their terms also apply. Use of Google data is governed by the Limited Use requirements described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for changes to or failures of those services, although we will do what is reasonable to keep the integration working.

Artificial intelligence

The AI setter and the Clara assistant generate automatic answers with third-party models and may make mistakes. Your organization decides whether to turn them on and how to configure them, is responsible for what is sent on its behalf, must review it, and must inform its prospects that an automated assistant is used where the law requires it.

No guarantee of results

CierrApp is a management tool. We do not guarantee sales, income or any business result. Collections, balances and commission figures are calculated from the data your organization uploads and do not replace accounting, tax or legal advice.

Service payments

CierrApp has no fixed published prices. Fees, plan and payment terms are agreed in writing with each organization in a quote or order form, which prevails over these terms on those points. If a payment is not made, we may limit access after giving notice.

Availability

We work to keep CierrApp always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or due to third-party failures. The service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CierrApp is not liable for indirect damages or loss of earnings, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what your organization paid for the service in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law, including, where relevant, Dominican Consumer Protection Law 358-05, makes non-waivable.

Suspension and cancellation

Your organization can stop using CierrApp at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or terminate the service if these terms are breached, giving notice first except in case of serious risk. On termination, we close access and handle data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably by writing to legal@cierrapp.com; if not resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, National District.

Changes to these terms

We will publish any change on this page with its date. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use CierrApp after that date means you accept the new terms.
